A.B.L.E. (Adolescents Building Literacy through Expression)

New Community for Children Wish List:

  • LCD Projector
  • Shredder
  • Easel
  • Dry Erase Boards
  • Office supplies (paper, pens, etc.)
  • Academic supplies for students (rulers, calculators, lined paper, etc.)
  • Art and enrichment supplies for students (markers, new or gently used card or board games, etc.)
  • Books for children and teens in good condition

NEW COMMUNITY FOR CHILDREN WAS  AWARDED A 21ST CENTURY COMMUNITY LEARNING CENTER GRANT TO EXPAND AND DEVELOP A NEW AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM AT SCOTT MONTGOMERY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN 2006.

WE ARE PROUD TO ANNOUNCE THAT OUR L.E.A.P. PROGRAM IS  ENTERING ITS THIRD YEAR OF OPERATION.

Today we serve nearly 300 total students daily - up from 32 students four years ago.
